I recently got lost after calling for directions to a business location. Do you have directions written for your receptionist to refer to by the telephone? You can't make it too easy for people to do business with you.

For an example of clear driving directions, visit the online directions to our office. (The online directions are the same ones given to our receptionist.)

If you offer directions to your place of business on your website, it's also a good idea to include a map. Many online map websites will sell you one for a small fee.
