I have an incorporated business. I'm trying to sell stock of my company. What would be the best way to put myself on the market? I have recently purchased 80 acres and am trying to find investors to help develop the property.

Hello Alexander,

You should consult with a securities lawyer. This may be a much more expensive undertaking than you think.
